UPFRONT COSTS:
All upfront costs are covered by Estate Freedom. We are reimbursed from the sales.
COMMISSION RATES:
The commission rate you pay is calculated on a sliding scale based on our estimate of the gross amount of money that will be generated by your sale. Our commission and charges vary from sale to sale depending on the size of the estate; cleaning involved; outbuildings, preparation time, research time, marketing and advertising, supplies, and number of staff needed.
We also will consider, on a case-by-case basis, other options if you are just in need of emptying a house or building so you can put it on the market; when there may be too little content to make an estate sale. In such case, we may consider a buy out, or trading cleaning and hauling services for the content.
