Sales Tax: Tennessee Department of Revenue requires us to collect sales tax for purchases.

All Sales Final:  Items are sold as is with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect each item you plan to purchase and make sure it is acceptable to you before leaving the cashier counter.  No refunds, as each estate will be closed with our client after the sale ends and we will be unable to return the item to the client.

Moving Purchases:  You are responsible for taking your purchases to your vehicle.  Please bring help to remove furniture and other heavy items.  We will have staff available to help; however, there will be times during the busiest hours of the sale that they may not be available when you are ready to leave.

Payment: We accept cash, local checks, debit cards and credit cards. (MasterCard and Visa)

  • There will be a bank fee for any returned checks.  The fee is based on the current bank fee we are charged for bounced checks.
  • $25 minimum purchase for debit cards.
  • $50 minimum purchase for credit cards with a 3% convenience fee added.

Numbers:
We hand out numbers for all sale days for people arriving early. Numbers will not be handed out before 8 AM. There are times when a shopper arrives early and starts a courtesy list of names as people arrive, then people line up according to the order on the list; however, we do not hand out official numbers until an hour before the sale, regardless of how early people arrive at the sale.  Once you get your number, you can leave and come back to line up a few minutes before the start time.

We are not responsible for lost numbers and you will have to go to the end of line if you lose your number.

Early Sales:
We do not allow early sales to anyone arriving before our official start time.

Parking:
We cooperate with local law enforcement.  Please park according to city ordinances and do not park on people’s lawns or in the neighbor’s driveways.  Also, do not double-park anyone in, or block mailboxes, or streets.  It is your responsibility to park according to the local laws and ordinances. We are not responsible for parking tickets, tow-away or damaged vehicles.

Shopping Bags & Containers:
All bags and containers are subject to inspection.  You can bring your own canvas bags and boxes for shopping; however, we reserve the right to inspect them when you leave.

Wrapping:
We try to provide the service of wrapping glass for you; however, if we are in a shopping rush, you may have to wrap your own glass.

Holding Items:
If you have to leave during the sale to get money or for any reason, we can not set aside items for you to buy when you return.

Children:
Most of our estate sales contain areas and content (such as a lot of glass items and other breakables) that may not be suitable for small children.  Our sales can be crowded and can have staircases that could cause injury to your children.  Children are welcomed, but you are responsible for any damages.  We can not allow strollers or buggies inside because they block the flow of traffic through the homes.

Pets:
Please do not bring pets to the sale unless they are required for special needs. Due to allergies of people and the fact that you are entering someone’s property, please be respectful. We will have to ask you to leave your pet outside.
